 CK6150AX Horizontal flat bed linear guideway CNC lathe machine is X,Z two-axis servo direct control and semi-closed loop cnc lathe.which can realize the clamping of various discs, shafts and parts at one time, and can complete turning, grooving, the processing of the inner (outer) hole, R angle,arc surface,taper surface,end surface,single head and multi-head screw with metric and inch threading. CMC650u 5-axis machining centre adopts 5-axis frame layout, integrated design of column and bed, structure of ram moving up and down along the slide base (Z-direction), slide base moving longitudinally along the slide plate (Y-direction), slide plate moving transversely along the column (X-direction), rotary table tilting and turning along the Y-axis line -120°~+120° (B-axis), rotary table table surface rotating and moving 360° along the Z-axis line (C-axis). The bed, column, slide base, slide plate, slide plate and other large parts are all made of high-strength Meehanna castings. The beam moves forward and backward along the column (Y axis), and the slide moves laterally along the beam ( X axis), the ram moves up and down along the slide (Z axis), the turntable tilts and rotates along the X axis -120°～+120° (A axis), and the turntable surface rotates 360° along the Z axis (C axis). The bed, column, beam, slide, ram and other large parts are all made of high-strength Meehanna castings. These large parts are designed with the aid of 3D computer software, with reasonable arrangement of ribs and perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress.
